Feeling Judgmental?

A good way to tell how we’re feeling about ourselves is to notice how judgmental we are of others. The more fault we find with others, the worse we are probably feeling about ourselves. Understanding this dynamic makes it a valuable indicator that we can use to become more self-aware. Next time we find ourselves criticizing someone, we can turn that judgment around and see what we’re not liking about ourselves.
