Relax Into Harmony
We all interpret the world with incomplete and biased information. We forget that our opinions aren’t facts, but rather just a single, narrow perspective viewed through the squinty filter of our own particular history. This is fine as long as we’re not making ourselves or others wrong. But, criticizing and condemning because someone doesn’t behave according to our expectations is a destructive activity.
