Divisiveness and Hatred
It doesn't matter who we hate, hating has a negative impact on the quality of our own lives and radiates toxic energy out into our environment. This goes for hating anyone. Our media diet of podcasts, newsletters and social media feeds, is often skewed to engage. It’s important to remember that most of what we love (or love to hate) is really some aspect of ourselves that we project onto others. Politicians are an easy mark. Catching ourselves hating is a signal to look inside and see what this feeling reflects about ourselves. When we heal it on the inside, we heal it...
On the outside, too.
