Emotional Baggage

We all have things in our past that we'd do differently if we had the chance. But we can't go back and we don't need to. Our choices and actions were based on the information we had at the time. Judging and regretting history is counter-productive and makes us feel bad because the only things we can do about it now are make amends to anyone we caused harm to and learn from it. Acknowledging that we did the best we could at the time considering our awareness and understanding gives us the psychic space to honestly evaluate it and helps us evolve with less emotional baggage…

into the future.
