They Are Our Guides

When we feel judged by someone, we might take it personally and internally start building a case against them. While common, this strategy isn’t very sound because we could be imagining their judgment or misinterpreting their behavior. If we find ourselves going down this path, we can remember that we can’t really know where they’re coming from. Rarely is anything ever personal.
