I Love You

Withholding self-approval to motivate ourselves to take action is an erroneous habit that’s hard to break, even after we’ve accomplished our goal. The truth is, accomplishment is not what makes us happy. It’s just that we’ve trained ourselves to feel good when certain conditions are met. Cut to the chase and feel good first and our goals will naturally be more easy to accomplish. Making a daily practice of saying “I love you” to ourselves is.
