Dissatisfaction
Our feelings are mostly the result of how we interpret what happens. When we investigate the nature of our thoughts, we see how they color our experience of life. If we become conscious enough, we can keep our minds focused on what we want to create instead of on what we’re dissatisfied with. When unpleasant feelings arise, rather than distract ourselves, think them away or add even more ‘story’ to them, we can take a moment to feel them as just sensations…
