Emotional Healing

Emotional healing is a process that takes time. It’s important not to move too quickly through the first stage of acknowledging our feelings like anger, sadness, frustration, blame, shame and guilt, or ironically, we’ll slow our progress down. On the other hand, don’t make the common mistake of getting hung up in this part of the process. Once we’ve truly felt our feelings and we’re authentically free to move past this initial phase, the next two steps can safely propel us into rapid healing: accept our part in creating the situation and forgive everyone
