Drop the Beliefs
Our experiences are filtered through the lens of our conditioning, which places them somewhere on the continuum somewhere between terrible and fantastic. Before being positioned by us, everything is just neutral. Until we know that our perception is biased, we’ll be at the mercy of our programing. Once we see our bias, we see beyond it. When we practice enlarging our perspective by recognizing that we assign meaning to everything, nothing holds up to this scrutiny unless we want them to. If our beliefs make us suffer, we can drop them. If they make us more loving, we can…
Keep them.
