Just Feel and Ask
We can make huge strides toward feeling the way we want to about life. Knowing specifically what we want is the first step, but we need to remember that nothing on the outside can bring the feeling we’re after–we must resonate with it first on the inside. We do this by becoming clear about how we want to feel (fulfilled, enthusiastic, strong, confident, loving, peaceful, etc…), forgetting about the ‘how’ and asking our subconscious mind to bring it about.
