Using Anger Wisely

Anger can provide motivation for necessary action, but unless the feelings have been processed, it can backfire. Taking action while angry can create bigger problems and feelings of regret. Acknowledging the source of the anger and feeling the feelings as sensations in our bodies helps us clear the path to choose a conscious course of action when we’re no longer in reaction. Anger can inform us, but it’s only when we are free from it’s spell that we can act…
