It’s common to fear that without our labels, opinions and judgments, we’d be a bland blob of malleable clay. Au contraire! Actually, our minds would be better able to pay attention to what’s really happening because we wouldn’t have limited our perception by projecting confining expectations onto it. The thinking mind is a mishmash of unexplored programming that limits us with its questionable accuracy. When we’re identified with it, our world is severely narrowed.
