It's Simple

The stories we tell ourselves create the way we feel about life. If we’re unaware of our narratives, we can pay attention to how we feel. If we’re feeling good, our story is probably positive. If we’re tired or stressed, our stories may include self-doubt, self-criticism or judgment of others. To enhance any aspect of our lives we need to become conscious of the dominant tales we’re spinning and edit them so they support our well-being and joy.
