It’s wonderful to accept what is, but unfortunately our buttons often get pushed. Unconscious triggers are caused by old emotional wounds. When those old wounds get activated and we blame something outside ourselves for the way we feel, we miss an important opportunity to heal. We can heal ourselves by looking within for the cause of our feelings and growing beyond blame, shame and guilt.
