Imagining What We Want

The world we experience is an out-picturing of our minds. Nothing comes into being without it first being a mental image. This means we can’t be habitually negative and expect to feel good about the world. If we want to experience life differently, we have to start with ourselves, right here and right now. We think of how we’d like to feel and then conjure up images that fit the feeling. Hold those images in our minds and keep the feeling going in our bodies until it’s our reality. When we love our mental imagery…

We’ll love our out-picturing.
