Mastering Ourselves

Keeping our word is good for our self-esteem and helps others know we’re reliable and trustworthy. When we cancel plans because we’re ‘not in the mood’, it sends them the message that we don’t value their time. It also tells our subconscious mind that our word isn’t important.
