Gratitude Begets Gratitude

Thoughts create an energy that attract whatever is in alignment. Focusing on what we love elevates that energy. Having a regular practice of contemplating what we’re grateful for tunes us to the right vibration. Taking a couple of minutes everyday to acknowledge the abundance we already have and writing down at least three things we feel thankful is an easy way to get started. When we continually add new items to the list, we get a bonus. Not only do we become more aware of our current good fortune…
