What They Think

Worrying about what others think of us is a signal that we need to go easier on ourselves. We don’t need to be perfect. Others don’t expect it and we shouldn’t either. Pretending to be anybody other than who we are is deeply stressful. The remedy is to accept ourselves as we are now and allow ourselves to be as authentic as we possibly can. We’re not here to please others. We’re here to share our unique expression with the world. The more aligned we are with our real selves…

The better we feel.
