A good way to gauge how we’re feeling about ourselves is to notice how judgmental we are of others. The more we find fault with them, the worse we are probably feeling about some aspect of ourselves. It’s often the same thing we’re judging them for. Understanding this dynamic makes it a valuable indicator we can use to become more self-aware.
