Thoughts and Thinking

Thoughts arise out of the blue. We don’t create them and they don’t belong to us. Thoughts are nouns that are neutral, neither good nor bad. Thinking, on the other hand, is a verb. Thinking is something we do to the thought that arises. Thinking is where our problems begin. We take a thought, and then we start thinking about it. We make a determination regarding how good or bad we think it is. We create our experiences in life by our thinking. When we label something as bad, we start thinking about it and scare ourselves into suffering. There is a way out…

Stop it.
