Our Reactions Show Us

It’s common, when we feel judged by someone to take it personally and internally start building a case against them. Though common, this strategy isn’t very sound because we could be only imagining their judgment or misinterpreting their behavior. When we find ourselves going down this path, it helps to remember that we can’t really know where they’re coming from. Rarely is anything ever personal.
