Just Feel Them
Ignoring, denying or suppressing unpleasant reactions and feelings isn’t healthy. Complaining about and rehashing the details of our problems only makes matters worse by unconsciously energizing all the stuff that doesn’t feel good. Feeling the sensations of our emotions in our bodies and letting them just be, allows us to acknowledge them without layering troubled energy on them.
