The way we respond to life is a result of our conditioning. Once we’re aware of this, we have agency over our lives and the way we feel. When we’re feeling stressed or overwhelmed, we can become aware of the underlying thoughts and see that they match the way we feel. If we want to feel differently, we have to acknowledge that our minds have created the feelings and then make the effort to change that.
