It's a Simple Matter

If we want to live in a world that feels good, we first have to create that feeling inside. We do that by focusing on what we love and feel grateful for, and finding ways to change what we don’t. If we can’t change something, we can feel the frustration, look to see if it’s for us in any way, and then refocus on gratitude. Being aware of something we don’t want is different than being in an adversarial relationship with it. Awareness helps us direct our focus to solutions. Resistance keeps us stuck in dissatisfaction and dismay. What we focus on expands. The choice seems…

Simple.
