It's All For Us

When life shows up in a way that doesn’t please us, we can remember that nothing is permanent. Ruminating and grumbling about or resisting what is not only saps our joie de vivre, it aligns us energetically with more things to be displeased about. It’s the nature of the mind to develop grooves based on our emotional patterns. This alters our chemistry overtime, which is great if we’re optimistic, but not if our habits are negative. We can work on recording grooves that feel good, even in tough times, by remembering that this too shall pass and that every situation has within it, something that’s…

For us.
