When Life Doesn't Go Our Way

Sometimes life just doesn’t go our way. As hard as we work at it, things don’t unfold according to our plans. Rather than feeling bad, complaining or wishing things were different, we can do something far more healthy and effective: We can accept things exactly the way they are, admit that we don’t have the answers at this moment, allow ourselves to just be in the situation, even if it feels scary, and we can acknowledge and feel our fear. When we look within to the part of us that knows everything is just right, we usually see that…

It is.
