Turn It Around
Do you ever start thinking about someone’s behavior and get so aggravated that you lose focus on what you’re doing? Stirring up negativity in this way robs us of energy and keeps us agitated. Since we can’t ever really know where their behavior is coming from, wasting our precious energy thinking negatively about them is self-defeating. When we find ourselves going there, the self-loving thing to do is to look within to see if we’re feeling bad about ourselves and just finding someone else to project it onto. If we are, we can stop it…
