Unconditional Self Love

When we unconditionally love and accept ourselves, we’re naturally more compassionate and accepting of others. Conversely, it’s difficult to truly love anyone when we harbor self-loathing. Simple habits like honoring our word, showing up on time, refraining from negatively characterizing ourselves (or anyone else) and treating others with kindness, all help to soften the inner critic and develop more self love. Loving ourselves means balancing our work with fun and expressing our creativity so that, rather than feeling like we’re just struggling to survive, we…

Thrive.
