Our Thoughts Affect Us

The way we respond to life affects our chemistry. Our minds create reactions in our bodies and then has new reactions to those reactions and the process continues on, indefinitely. Emotions are excellent indicators of what’s happening in our minds and what needs to happen to feel better. If we’re stressed, we need to relax. If we’re angry, we need to feel it and accept responsibility for our part. If we’re sad, we need to experience the bodily sensations of sadness.
