Harboring Negative Judgments

Choosing to hold others in the highest regard, makes us receptive to interactions with them that support this attitude. If we take potentially true (or even mistakenly false) negative judgments of them and replay them over and over until we've solidified them in our minds as real, that will be our experience. The kind of expectation and receptivity we create is completely up to us. While it’s important to set appropriate boundaries, we forego much of the burden of negative interpersonal, energetic cargo in our lives by consciously and discerningly cultivating...

Positive perception.
