Moving through life believing that we know what’s best will ultimately carry us onto the path of disappointment. Life will inevitably force us to deal with more than a few situations that prove the inaccuracy of that perspective. It’s far better to approach life trying to figure out as much as we can about the world while still maintaining an awareness that everything we know is provisional. It’s fine to collect information, form opinions and take action accordingly, as long as we don’t take ourselves too seriously. It’s all just a play…
