Feeling Equals Healing
While all feelings need not be acted on, they do need to be felt. It’s important to notice when we have the urge to push or escape from the unpleasant ones. They won’t just go away. Whatever we resist, will persist. However, when we shine the light of our consciousness on them by acknowledging and feeling them as sensations in our bodies, we free them from the recesses of our minds and bodies and allow them to fly right out of our lives.
