Underneath the chatter, our minds are spacious and clear. When we concentrate on the present moment, we’re rooted in peace, calm and joy. When we condemn or judge others, we pollute our minds. Indulging in these kinds of toxic thoughts contaminates us and everyone we come in contact with. If we want to maintain excellent mental hygiene, we must break the habit of judging, criticizing or complaining about anyone or anything. To experience more uninterrupted joy, refrain from even forming an opinion for the next week.
Dare you!
