Feeling bad about ourselves, is counter-productive. When we’ve done something we regret, we can correct the problem, make amends to anyone we’ve negatively affected and then forgive ourselves. We needn’t invest one iota of energy wishing that we’d behaved differently than we did. We’re all constantly evolving, seeing from a new perspective and learning from our previous actions.
