If we’re inexplicably feeling down, we may be spending too much time listening to the media (fear is their business). Or, maybe we’ve unconsciously developed the habit of looking for what’s wrong. Because our thoughts create our feelings, we can control the way feel by becoming conscious of how we think. Small changes can have big effects, like more walks and less news.
