Take note of your mood and notice how your body feels. Now, reflect on your recent mental meanderings. If you feel good, you’ve probably been thinking healthy, beneficial thoughts. If you’re feeling funky and experiencing a physical malaise, you may have been entertaining unpleasant scenarios or indulging in fearful concerns. Since your body follows your mind, trying to improve your physical condition through exercise and diet, won’t get to the root of it.
