Occasionally a troublesome situation comes along that seems impossible to overcome. No matter how much you engage, rationalize or think about it, you can’t seem to solve it or make it go away. When you focus your awareness on your body,¬†without¬†judging or wanting things to be different, you can heal this emotional turmoil. Next time you’re all tangled up in a problem, take a couple of minutes to scan your body. Just pay attention to your sensations and try to be okay with what shows up.
