Do you know what you want and even have a list of changes you think are required to get you there? You probably want what you want because of how you think it will make you feel. Rather than taking the long route of making external changes, first notice how you’re feeling right now. If it’s not how you want to feel, think about anything that evokes that desired feeling and focus on it. Eventually, this becomes your predominant vibration and whatever is in alignment will begin to show up.

It’s all about focus.
