Week 8: Connecting with Your Inner Guidance

Regularly tuning in to your Inner Presence helps you develop a deeper trust in yourself. When you have a relationship with your Inner Presence, the feeling is so fulfilling that you won’t feel you really need a relationship with anyone else. That’s when you’re actually most available to sustain a healthy relationship with another.

 

Exercise:

A).Write a letter to your Inner Presence asking for help in healing all your relationships and bringing your current relationship into greater wellbeing.

B) Start a daily journey in which you dialogue with your Inner Presence. State your concerns and ask questions, then let the Inner Presence come through your physical being and answer. Write down what it says. Taking our “Inner Presence” course is an excellent way to support you in this exercise.
