Don’t be Driven…Drive

Dec 29 2011 Published by under Attention, Authenticity, Balance, Conscious, Honesty

When you’re compelled to do anything by an unconscious need to feel worthy, you’re driven. You can identify this compulsion when you notice you’re working too hard. Get in the driver’s seat by looking those impulses squarely in the eyes and remembering, there’s nothing to prove.

Relax and just drive.

The Truth About Control

Dec 22 2011 Published by under Acceptance, Gratitude, Love, Relax

The illusion that you have total control over your life inevitably results in suffering. It’s impossible to make everyone and everything conform to your preferences. Right?
