Every person on this planet is the most evolved version that has ever existed of their particular DNA, culture, conditioning, and experience. Whatever the specifics of their adaptation, their characteristics have survived and been optimized to show up just as they are. They’re perfect even if you can’t figure out why.

Two people can experience the same situation in drastically different ways.
Each person projects their own filters, beliefs and values onto the external
phenomena. Right and wrong is not so clear-cut. Once you understand this,
it’s a lot harder to be self-righteous.
And a lot easier to be accepting.
