Feelings Tell You About You

The way you see life tells you most about your own beliefs. If something makes you feel
uncomfortable, you have a belief that is ‘arguing’ with reality. Changing the outside to
make yourself feel better is a never-ending battle. Questioning beliefs that aren’t
in alignment with ‘what is’ brings peace of mind.

And an attitude of gratitude.

Dropping ‘Should’ Brings Peace

Look at an aspect of your life that you’re less than pleased with and
search for the underlying belief that’s causing you to feel dissatisfied.
If you have trouble finding it, look for a judgment in which you believe
something should be different than it is…

Then drop it.
