Emotional healing is a process that takes time. It’s important not to move too quickly through the first stage of acknowledging your feelings like anger, sadness, frustration, blame, shame and guilt, or ironically, you’ll slow your progress down. On the other hand, don’t make the common mistake of getting hung up in this part of the process. Once you’ve truly felt your feelings and you’re authentically free to move past this initial phase, the next two steps can safely propel you into rapid healing: accept your part in creating the situation and forgive everyone
