The desire to be indispensable to others is easy to understand. It gives us a sense of purpose, strength and validation. It’s a tangible vote of confidence from which we derive meaning and a sense of worthiness. However, this desire┬ácauses us to look for others who’ll allow us to play the role of helper and savior.
