Most of what you fear is make believe. It’s your mind worrying about some future problem that will never come to pass. And even if it does, it will also come with information to help you solve it. Unless you’re in physical danger right now, do yourself a huge favor and stop worrying. Next time a fearful concern about what’s ahead pops up, ask yourself this question: Is everything okay right NOW? If it is, enjoy it.
