Problems only become problems when we define them that way. A problem to one person may be an opportunity to another. Our interpretations create our experience. When we catch ourselves identifying a problem, it’s good take a closer look and ask if we want to continue seeing the situation that way. Unless we’re unconsciously accustomed to feeling bad, the answer is clear. Opening to alternative interpretations isn’t always easy because it requires letting go of¬†resistance and attachment to our identities. But the payoff is worth it…
