When you feel guilty for not doing something you think you should, take another look. You may have a legitimate reason for your reluctance. The feeling of obligation may be coming from the voices of authority figures from your past who were projecting their own values onto you. Or it could be caused by thinking you should do something that’s no longer a fit. Acting because you think you should isn’t necessarily a good idea. On the other hand, listening to your heart and doing what you feel passionate
