Change can be difficult and sad, but our resistance is what causes suffering. When circumstances run counter to what we think we want, it’s normal to feel sad, disappointed or even angry. If we¬†argue with the reality of the situation, we stay stuck in the pain and suffering. If we acknowledge and feel the emotions as sensations in our bodies, it helps us move through the experience in a healthy way. When we feel what’s real and then trust that life knows what’s best for us, we more clearly realize…
