Your emotional experiences, whether wanted or not, get stored in your mind/body. The only way to be free of programming that stands in the way of positive change is to actually feel your emotions physically, rather then just think them. When you feel frustrated, sad or angry, focus your attention on the sensations in your body. Sit with them without adding a story until they dissolve. If you can feel them, you can heal them. It’s just as powerful for creating what you want, too. Imagine it, then feel it in your body.
