Anxiety is often the result of repeatedly thinking about hypothetical problems. Imagined scenarios are lived ad nauseam. Since hypothetical problems don’t exist, they can’t really be solved. However, relief can come by recognizing that we’re engaging in this practice and then getting out of the head and into the body.
