How we feel about others’ behavior depends on how we view their motivations. If we¬†assume that they’re selfishly acting at our expense or even intentionally trying to do something to us, we’ll feel suspicious, manipulated or victimized. But the truth is, we can’t ever really know what’s going on in their hearts or minds. Attributing unkind motivations to others isn’t good for us or them. Others feel our negative energy toward them either subconsciously or consciously and reflect it back to us. This demonstrates how the world we experience is indeed…

Our reflection.
